Justin Bieber Acts His Age, Tosses Water Balloons at State Troopers

Justin Drew Bieber! Stop misbehaving and go to your room at once, young man! The teen dream known as The Biebs got in a wee bit of trouble before a sold-out show Sunday at the Maryland State Fair with some water balloons. A state police spokesperson said the too-cute Canadian was "horsing around with members of his staff" and ended up throwing water balloons at two state troopers.

Baltimore's 11 News reports on the story, saying one balloon hit a trooper's gun belt and burst, while the other stayed intact. The two troopers were stationed at the concert to maintain crowd control. Understandable, since J-Biebs is known to inspire what we'll call a fierce level devotion among his fans.

But don't worry, the fluffy-haired one won't be heading to jail, as officers deemed it unnecessary to write up an incident report (editor's note: whew!). The state police spokesperson did dub his actions "inappropriate behavior."
