Lindsay Lohan Camp Suing Mad Over 'Dogs In Pocketbooks' Movie?

On the heels of reports that a new movie, Dogs in Pocketbooks, set to star Lydia Hearst, is based on the life of troubled starlet Lindsay Lohan, the Lohan camp is gearing up to set legal action in motion against the film's producers.

TMZ reports that Dina Lohan is unhappy over the project, which is about a spoiled young star who has various problems with drinking, driving and drugs.

The momager says the flick "is definitely based on Lindsay's likeness," and "We have a very strong case. It's shadowing E*TRADE" — by which she means Lilo's lawsuit against the online brokerage company which featured a baby they thought was referencing Lindsay.

"Anyone bringing negativity will be dealt with accordingly," Dina adds.

TMZ also cites the family's lawyer, Stephanie Ovadia, who has been in touch with the Lohans and says :"They are again using her likeness without her being compensated. Not only that but they are advertising the fact that they are using her likeness."
