Isla Fisher is Fitness magazine’s May cover girl and shares with readers how she lost her baby weight! “After giving birth to my daughters, I realized I had to do more to keep the weight off," she told the magazine. Isla shared how she gained 65 pounds with her first daughter Olive and then 70 pounds carrying Elula in 2010. “I had severe morning sickness both times, so I mostly ate supersize bowls of white pasta with loads of butter and cheese because that was the only thing that took away the nausea,” she said. “I also ate late-night cornflakes, Häagen-Dazs ice cream, and scones with jam and cream.” How did she shed the baby weight so quickly? The star explained how she does yoga five times a week, loves hiking and works out with a trainer a few times a month. Isla’s hard work has paid off as she is one hot mama!
