It was widely reported that Laurita was fired because new (old?) cast-member Dina Manzo refused to re-join the show if her sister-in-law stayed on the pay roll. But because viewership is down and Teresa & Joe's Giudice's legal battles aren't bringing the eye balls the network had expected, execs are hoping news of her return (and drama she will hopefully bring on-camera) will give the show the ratings bump it needs.

While Jac's time on the show might be short-lived, Dina is still none-too-pleased to see her sister-in-law return. But wonder how she feels about Kathy Wakile? Radar reports the two ousted cast members recently filmed a scene together.
