‘Selling Sunset’ Star Heather Rae Young Reveals Who Did And Did Not Make The Guest List To Her Wedding

Selling Sunset star Heather Rae Young is already in the midst of planning her wedding to HGTV star, Tarek El Moussa. However, the blonde beauty revealed who won't be making the guest list — a.k.a. Tarek's ex-wife, Christina El Moussa, and her husband, Ant Anstead.

"We don't go to dinner with them, we don't have lunch with them ... we have a very civil, great relationship with them for the kids — the kids are number one, that's the most important — but that's kind of where it stops," she told Daryn Carp of PeopleTV's Reality Check on August 26.

“I don’t think I would like to have his ex at my wedding," she added while laughing.

Of course, Tarek's two kids, daughter Taylor Reese, 9, and son Brayden James, 5, will be a part of the big day. “Absolutely the kids are going to be involved,” Young, 32, told the outlet. “I’m going to have Taylor stand up on my side and he’s going to have Brayden stand up on his side.”

The lovebirds — who got engaged in July 2020 — revealed more details about their upcoming nuptials. "We have not chosen a specific date, we're looking at a couple different locations — we want to do it in California somewhere on the beach," the real estate agent shared. "We're thinking within this next year. So probably summer 2021."

Tarek and Christina, 39, split in December 2016 and their divorced was finalized in January 2018. Anstead married British TV host Anstead in December 2018. 

Luckily, Young has a great relationship Taylor and Brayden, since she often refers to herself as their "bonus mom." After seeing Young get along with his two tots, El Moussa knew he wanted to pop the question to Young. 

The home renovator revealed that his daughter was the first to know that he was going to get down on one knee before anyone else — and shockingly, she didn't spill the beans. “That’s the most excited I’ve ever seen her," he shared. 

Don't expect to see Chrissy Teigen at the lavish affair, either, after she questioned if some of the Selling Sunset cast members were legitimate real estate brokers. However, Young shot down those rumors.

“My response to that is I have had my real estate license since 2014,” she told KTLA’s Dayna Devon on August 25. “You can come to our office and visit us. We’ve all been in the office for years and years and known each other for almost six years. Maybe because she doesn’t know us doesn’t mean we’re not real real estate agents.”
