Diet: Ban Bread
"Give up gluten," found in bread, says nutritionist Oz Garcia, who works with Heidi Klum. "It causes bloating." If you get a craving, try Ezekiel 4:9 Organic Sprouted Whole Grain Bread. It's high fiber and more digestible, so it won't cause weight gain or water retention.

Workout: Get Awesome Arms
For sexy arms, David Barton, owner of DavidBartonGym (Gwen Stefani is a client) suggests overhead raises, which work the deltoids. Hold a dumbbell in each hand at shoulder height with elbows pointed down. Lift weights until arms are fully extended. Do three sets of 12 to 15 reps.
Smart Idea: Tan Looks Toned
"For me, it's not, 'Summer's coming, time to diet,'" The Hills' Kristin tells OK!. She always eats healthy and exercises. The secret to her bikini bod? "Being tan helps," she says. "Use bronzer."
