OK!: We’re 12 weeks from the official start of summer, what are your tips on how best to get bikini ready?

Bob Harper: The first thing I would say is to cut your complex carbohydrates completely out except for breakfast in the morning, that would be the one time to have them.

And don’t drink your calories. I see so many people that are in these coffee shops and they are drinking all these heavy coffee drinks but they are saying, ‘Oh I didn’t eat anything bad.’ But I say, ‘What are you drinking right now.’ So don’t drink your calories.

BH: I follow pretty much the zone diet, where every time that I eat, I have a little bit of protein, a little bit of carbs and little bit of fat, every single time I eat. And that keeps my body functioning the way I need it to when I’m working out in the gym and it just keeps me in that nice fat burning state.
