Sorry, Charlie! Christopher Abbott, who plays Marnie's on and off boyfriend, Charlie, on Girls, has just announced that he will to be returning to the show.

Page Six reports that a rep for Christopher says he is “grateful for the experience of collaborating with Lena Dunahm, Judd Apatow, and the entire Girls cast and crew, but right now he’s working on numerous other projects and has decided not to return to the show.” Sad!

But why? Sources tell Page Six, “They’ve just started work on season 3, and Chris is at odds with Lena." Um, sorry Christopher, but how could you be at odds with the coolest girl in the biz right now?
