You ate your lunch approximately 45 minutes ago, yet you hear a gurgling (with a growing decibel) coming from your stomach region. How on EARTH could you be ready to snack again? Alas, it's the question that office workers have been asking for ages.

2. Pick a crunchy snack.

"Keep frozen fruits in a zip-lock cooker in and around your desk. With that crunchy sensation, you’re going to actually enjoy the snacks a little more."

3. Separate your snacks.

"It might take an extra couple of minutes, but put your snacks in smaller zip-lock bags. We generally eat the size of the container. If you have a large bag of potato chips, you’re going to eat it. If you have a smaller bag of potato chips, you’re not going to eat that same amount."
