With the Michael Jackson manslaughter case slowly gaining momentum, at least one of the King of Pop's three children — Paris, Prince or Blanket Jackson — is preparing to testify against Dr. Conrad Murray in court, PopEater reports.
"The Jackson family wants to do what's best for Michael's children and understand how traumatic it would be for them to take the stand," an insider told PopEater. "However, they honestly believe that Dr. Murray is to be blamed for the Michael's death, and they believe that what the children saw the day he died will prove it."
The trial goes beyond Dr. Murray's fate, with MJ's legacy at stake as well, PopEater reports.
"Michael's legacy is on the line and millions and millions of dollars," the insider added. "If the choice is between that and upsetting the children, I know which one is going to win."

Dr. Conrad Murray was in court for a hearing on Monday, but little progress was made.
He faced MJ’s family — Joe, Katherine, Janet, Randy, and Jermaine Jackson — in the courtroom presided over by Judge Michael Pastor.
His medical license was supposed to be on the chopping block; however, the judge declined to rule on the matter.
The next hearing is scheduled for June 14.
