Susan Sarandon has headed to Italy for the Giffoni Film Festival, but it looks like the actress may be mixing business with pleasure! Susan brought along her 31-year-old ping-pong teammate Jonathan Bricklin. The two spent time wandering around Ravello together on Monday and doing some shopping.
