How do you get yourself psyched for a big race? Do you jump up and down? Cross your arms back and forth like Michael Phelps before he dives in the pool? Do you repeat an inspirational mantra? Every athlete has a pre-race strategy; a moment he or she takes to refocus and think about the competition ahead. Beats brought that tradition into full view with their new brand campaign, The Game Before the Game.

To present their campaign, the headphone gurus, Beats by Dre, put together a short video just in time for the World Cup that displays the moments before the world's greatest athletes perform. The film features the world's top soccer players, including Neymar Jr., Mario Goetze, Daniel Sturridge, Cesc Fabregas, Luis Suarez, and more. Set to the beat of "Jungle” from Jamie N Commons and X Ambassadors, the film shows off Beats by Dre's new SoloHeadphones! You might even spot a guest appearance from Nicki Minaj, Lil Wayne, and Serena Williams.
