OK! Told You First: Adam Levine Reportedly Skipped Gwen Stefani & Blake Shelton's Wedding
OK! told you first! Adam Levine reportedly did not attend Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton's wedding.
The Voice host Carson Daly officiated Stefani and Shelton's intimate July 3 ceremony, Page Six reported — but the Maroon 5 frontman was nowhere to be seen.
Levine, 42, was said to be recording in Miami but according to the outlet, he spent the weekend doing yoga with his wife Behati Prinsloo and their daughters. Meanwhile, Daly attended the wedding with his wife Siri.
As OK! previously reported, an insider revealed Levine and Shelton's bromance became strained in 2015 when the Oklahoma native hooked up with Stefani. "Adam saw Blake getting wrapped up in Gwen's world and felt like the odd man out," the insider noted. "They seem to have looked at their friendship as a chapter in their lives, and now it's closed."
At the time, the insider predicted the former Kara's Flowers vocalist "may not even be invited to Blake's wedding to Gwen."
On Saturday, July 3, the former No Doubt singer and the country star got hitched at Shelton's Oklahoma ranch, where he reportedly "built a chapel" for the pair to exchange vows. The couple applied for a marriage license on Tuesday, June 29, at the Johnston County Court.

Another OK! insider said that "before the pandemic there was talk about the couple having more than one wedding. One at their home in Oklahoma with family, and a second wedding in L.A. with all their celebrity pals. But those plans have changed, and now it will be just one simple ceremony with her kids, her brother, her family and his sister and his family."
The insider explained that it's possible that "sometime next year they will throw a party in L.A. when it is safe, for all the celebrities and Hollywood friends."
Meanwhile, the 45-year-old "is super excited" about being a step-dad to Stefani and Gavin Rossdale's sons Kingston, 15, Zuma, 12, and Apollo, 7 — "but Gavin wants to lay down some ground rules," according to an OK! insider.
"He’s gotten ticked off at Blake in the past for seemingly overstepping his bounds, and is ready to make it clear he has final authority with the boys," the insider explained.
