Amber Portwood and Andrew Glennon will both have to take drug tests amid their ongoing custody battle, a judge has ruled.
The two exes — who split in 2019 — have been duking it out in court over custody of their three-year-old son James, and things have gotten ugly in recent months.
As OK! reported, Glennon previously demanded that the MTV star be drug tested after claiming her behavior was similar to the time when she was allegedly abusing meth. Portwood denied her ex's accusations and insisted he also get drug tested.
Consequently, a judge ruled that both parties will be required to submit a "10 panel urine drug screen," which will test for methamphetamines/amphetamines, cocaine, marijuana, and a variety of opiates, according to The Sun.
A final hearing was also scheduled for the pair's custody case, which will reportedly take place on March 2 and March 3.
Back in October 2021, Glennon, 37, requested that the Teen Mom OG star submit to a hair follicle drug screening after claiming in court docs that she has a "history of substance abuse, even while pregnant with and subsequently caring for the minor child herein," as OK! learned.

He argued that she was "acting erratically, speaking frantically, and appeared completely paranoid and disheveled," which was, "substantially similar to that which he has previously witnessed," when she was allegedly taking drugs in the past.
According to the docs, Glennon claimed he, "witnessed Amber under the influence of drugs previously, specifically methamphetamine."
"Furthermore, Respondent/Mother recently posted a video on Instagram in which her pupils were very dilated to the point that public commenters were noticing,” the documents read.
In response, the 31-year-old reality star tried shutting down her ex's allegations, writing, "Mother has exercised her parenting time with the parties' child without any incidents regarding any type of substance abuse."
“Mother denies adamantly the allegations made in Father’s Motion and believes that a hair follicle test is unnecessary due to her history of negative drug screens and continued requirement to submit to same," her response continued.
