After Mike Wolfe and ex-wife Jodi finalized their divorce, which forced the American Pickers star to shell out millions in alimony over the next few years, OK! is taking a look at the former flames' massive real estate portfolio.
Mike invested his money in real estate and reportedly has a $3.4 million empire that consists of four mansions and 11 commercial properties, reported The Sun.
One of the homes Jodi won in their divorce agreement was a property the former flames bought in 2016 in Franklin, Tennessee. The 5,000 square-foot home sits on 28 acres of land. The two also own a smaller 1,834 square-foot home that sits on 2.1 acres of land on the same street, which Mike reportedly won in their agreement.
Jodi was also awarded the couple's three-bedroom, two-bathroom North Carolina vacation home in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Meanwhile, Mike previously bought a $1,050,000 estate in June 2020, the same month they separated, and is currently living in the abode, it was reported. The newly single star was granted the 3,000 square-foot mansion in Franklin, Tennessee, as part of the agreement.
The History channel personality and his ex also owned 11 commercial real estate properties as part of the portfolio. Mike was granted all of the commercial properties that were purchased under their LLC, it was reported.

As OK! previously reported, Mike and Jodi's divorce was finalized on December 6. Jodi slapped the American Pickers star with the divorce paperwork in June 2020, citing "irreconcilable differences." Mike was ordered to shell out millions to his ex as part of their divorce agreement.
According to court documents, Mike, 57, was ordered to pay $634,000 in alimony, as well as pony up a whopping $5,228,878 to, "provide for the equitable division of the marital estate."
Jodi's incoming cash flow doesn't stop there, as she will reportedly receive 50% of post-tax royalties Mike received for seasons 1-10 of History's hit series American Pickers that was earned before December 31, 2021. Mike must then pay his ex 40% of post-tax royalties on any earnings from seasons 1-10 of American Pickers for the earning period between January 1, 2022, to December 31, 2026.
The recently single mom, 50, was also awarded primary residential custody of their 9-year-old daughter, Charlie. Mike must pay $2,100 a month in child support and was reportedly ordered to provide medical and dental insurance for their kid.
