Second Time's A Charm? Bachelorette's Clare Crawley & Dale Moss Are Engaged — Again — Following Split
This time will be different... we hope! Former Bachelorette couple Clare Crawley and Dale Moss are betrothed — again.
“They’re engaged but still are working on building a solid relationship. They’ve discussed future plans but aren’t necessarily wedding planning,” an insider told Us Weekly of the pair. “They aren’t rushing to tie the knot.”
The 40-year-old famously went rogue as the season 16 lead by choosing to exit the dating reality series early in order to pursue a relationship with Moss, 32, following a whirlwind romance. Though the former football player popped the question on television, he appeared visibly uncomfortable when the topic of having children came up during an interview with Chris Harrison — and a source told OK! at the time that Moss felt "like he's rushing into something he's unsure about."
As OK! previously reported, just weeks after the episode featuring their proposal aired, Moss was seen “getting affectionate” with another woman in New York City.

In January, Moss confirmed he and the hairstylist had split up on Instagram amid cheating rumors. “I wanted [to] share with you all that Clare and I have decided to go our separate ways,” the South Dakota native wrote in a statement at the time. “We appreciate the love and support we’ve received from so many people, but this is the healthiest decision for both of us at this time.”
A few days later, Crawley shared a message of her own on Instagram. "Speaking for myself, my intentions with this relationship have always been very clear, so the truth is that I am crushed," she wrote. "Our relationship was not perfect, but I can say that I was genuinely invested with all of my heart. I may not have all the answers, but I do know this — I will continue to show up, stand by my word, and be committed to love."
However, a month later, the two sparked reconciliation rumors when they were spotted hanging out at Nokomo's Sunset Hut in Nokomis, Fla. In March, the pair made their relationship Instagram official after taking a trip to Napa for Crawley's 40th birthday.
Judging by the couple's social media accounts, things have never been better. On Sunday, July 4, Crawley took to Instagram to share a photo of the two posing in front of the New York skyline that she captioned, "This exact day/time last year I was packing my car and heading out solo to Palm Springs... What a difference a year makes!" Moss shared a similar shot, writing, "One for the books!"
