Bradley Cooper Is 'Fully Supportive' Of Ex Irina Shayk Dating Kanye West
No bad blood! Bradley Cooper has no issue with ex Irina Shayk’s new romance with controversial rapper Kanye West.
As OK! previously reported, Shayk and West were spotted celebrating his 44th birthday in Provence, France, on Tuesday, June 8. Following their romantic getaway, the Chi-Town native and 35-year-old — who, a source says, have "been quietly seeing each other for a couple of months" — were seen arriving at Teterboro airport in New Jersey.
Though the pair’s outing came as a surprise to most, Shayk’s ex wasn’t caught too off guard. “Bradley would be fully supportive of whoever Irina chooses to date — he just wants her to be happy,” an insider spilled, noting the former couple “are not just on good terms as coparents, they’re also close as friends and share personal things with each other.”
The Hangover star, 46, and Irina — who share 3-year-old Lea — dated for four years before going their separate ways in 2019. However, the cracks began to show long before they pulled the plug on their relationship. "Because of their daughter, they keep trying,” a source told Page Six at the time. “Things are not good. Neither one is happy. The relationship is hanging by a thread.“
Following their split, Shayk and Cooper put their differences aside to focus on their child — and even reportedly agreed to live in New York City as part of their custody agreement. "I think in all good relationships you bring your best and your worst — it’s just the nature of a human being,” the Russian beauty told British Vogue following their split in 2020. “Two great people don’t have to make a good couple.

“I think we’ve been very lucky to experience what we had with each other," the model added. “Life without B is new ground.”
Meanwhile, West’s new lady has gotten the seal of approval from his estranged wife Kim Kardashian. “Kim knew that Kanye and Irina were dating,” an insider revealed of the reality star, who filed for divorce in February.
“Kim doesn’t mind because she saw how quiet and respectful Irina was after she broke up with Bradley,” the source continued, adding that the 40-year-old "wouldn't like" to see her soon-to-be ex-husband with someone "who's going to talk to the press." (West and Kardashian, who married in May 2014, share North, 7, Saint, 5, Chicago, 3, and 21-month-old Psalm.)
It looks like Kardashian and West are planning to take a page out of Cooper and Shayk's friendly coparenting book: The KKW Beauty founder shared a sweet birthday tribute to her ex on Instagram for his birthday, writing, “Happy Birthday Love U for Life! 🎈."
