Moving On! Kanye West Celebrates 44th Birthday With Model Irina Shayk In France: Report
Kanye West isn't licking his wounds in light of his pending divorce from Kim Kardashian. In fact, the rapper has already moved on — to Irina Shayk!
According to TMZ, West and the model, 35, were spotted celebrating his 44th birthday in the French city of Provence on Tuesday, June 8. "They were seen smiling and strolling around on the grounds of a luxury boutique hotel with some friends, but also by themselves ... looking very much like a couple," the outlet reported, before confirming the two are "100% romantically together."
The same day the pair stepped out, West's estranged wife penned a sweet tribute to her ex. “Happy Birthday,” Kardashian, 40, captioned a sweet family photo of the reality star, the "Flashing Lights" rapper and their children (the two share North, 7, Saint, 5, Chicago, 3, and 21-month-old Psalm). “Love U for Life! 🎈.”
Though Kardashian has made a career out of being an open book, the KKW Beauty founder revealed she planned to keep most details of her troubled marriage with West out of the current season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians. “It’s no secret that everyone sees things in the media about my life with Kanye, but I’ve always been really respectful in not talking about issues that Kanye and I have,” the reality star stated in a confessional interview, adding, "I’m going to choose to not talk about it on here.”

However, on the Thursday, June 3, episode of the E! series, Kim broke down in tears while discussing the demise of her relationship. “I feel like a f**king failure, that it’s like a third f**king marriage,” she confided to sisters Kourtney Kardashian, Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner in one scene. “Yeah I feel like a f**king loser, but I can’t even think about that like, I want to be happy.”
As OK! previously reported, Kardashian officially filed for divorce from West in February after nearly seven years of marriage. Shayk previously dated actor Bradley Cooper — with whom she shares 3-year-old daughter Lea — for four years before the former flames split up in June 2019.
West and Shayk have history: The supermodel walked in his runway show during Paris Fashion Week in 2012 and appeared in his "Power" music video. The rapper also dropped her name in his song "Christian Dior."
