Brian Austin Green and girlfriend Sharna Burgess were spotted dining on some sushi in Malibu over the weekend. The Beverly Hills, 90210 alum had his three kids Noah, Bodhi and Journey — whom he shares with ex-wife Megan Fox — in tow for the dinner outing on Saturday, October 16.
The family gathering came a day after the 48-year-old actor’s divorce from Fox was finalized nearly a year after the actress filed, citing “irreconcilable differences.” Green and the Jennifer’s Body star confirmed their split in May 2020 after nearly 10 years of marriage. She has since moved on with rocker Machine Gun Kelly.
The Knots Landing alum and Burgess could have also been celebrating their achievements on Dancing With the Stars after getting the boot.
The actor and dancer's time on season 30 of DWTS came to an end during "Disney Week" following their Villains Night performance. The duo — who danced to a pirate-themed Paso Doble — was cut Tuesday, October 12, after receiving the lowest score out of all the pairs.
Following the two getting the axe, due to technical difficulties they skipped out on doing interviews, leaving many to think they were upset by their elimination.
The couple took to Burgess' Instagram Story to shut down any rumors and explain what happened. “We didn't leave before press started. We did wait a good 30 minutes on the Zoom link in the green room waiting for everyone to do press but nothing came through to us,” the blonde babe explained, noting there seemed to be a mix-up with the Zoom links.

The 36-year-old added she and her main squeeze — who recently celebrated their one-year anniversary — eventually had to give up on doing press so they could undress, as there were people waiting backstage to help them. “We weren't like, salty and wanting to f**king storm out of there,” Green chimed in, as Burgess added with a laugh: “No one is salty.”
