Britney Spears Continues To Drop Hints: See The Since-Deleted Caption On Latest Cryptic 'Red' Post
Britney Spears is still giving us clues.
The 39-year-old pop singer continued her recent theme of posting cryptic Instagram photos with the word “red” somewhere in the caption, leaving fans wondering what message the star is trying to send.
Her latest post continued with the “red” theme, as the “Toxic” singer posted a series of three photos showing herself in a sexy black-and-yellow maid costume, posing in front of a bright red background.
The caption, which was later deleted, seemed to be a direct jab at her conservators, including her father, Jamie Spears, as it referenced her bombshell testimony on June 23, when the singer explained that her maids were able to get their nails done while she wasn’t able to leave the house.
“Like I said … my maids have been able to get their nails done during COVID after salons opened up but f**k … at least my maid outfit was the hotest!!!!” she wrote in the caption.
Shortly after, the caption exposing more of the pop star’s constraints from her conservatorship was deleted and replaced with three red high-heel emojis.

The posts, which started showing up over a year ago, have recently reignited curiosity among fans as Spears has been especially active online at the height of her ongoing conservatorship battle.
Earlier this week, the “Circus” singer posted a revealing photo in sexy red lingerie, with the caption, “All has been said and done full circle ⭕️ ... back to RED !!!!!”
On Tuesday, July 13, she followed up with a similar caption on a video of the singer dancing with a bright red top on, writing “RED !!!!”
While some fans believe the red clues might be hinting at a possible new project from the pop singer, many also believe that the posts might have something to do with the star’s 13-year “abusive” conservatorship, and may even be a cry for help.
The latest Instagram post comes just hours before her new lawyer, Mathew Rosengart, will appear in court before the judge. According to TMZ, Spears’ chose the seasoned attorney, who also represents Ben Affleck and Sean Penn, to help her finally reach an end to her desperate situation.
On Wednesday, July 14, the attorney will virtually ask the judge for permission to represent the singer in her ongoing legal battle.
