Kevin Federline has nothing but love for expectant ex Britney Spears.
After the pop diva, 40, made the thrilling announcement on Monday, April 11, that she is expecting her first child with fiancé Sam Asghari, making the unborn kid her third, her baby daddy and former husband — with whom she shares sons Sean Preston, 16, and Jayden James, 15 — sent her the warmest of wishes on her upcoming bundle of joy.
“He wishes her the best for a happy, healthy pregnancy and congratulates her and Sam Asghari as they plan for the excitement of parenthood together,” Federline's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, told NBC News on Monday, April 11.
Federline and Spears were married from 2004 to 2007. The former pair share a 70-30 custody agreement of their sons, with the former background dancer having primary custody and the "Toxic" singer getting visitation.
The Fresno native also has four other children from previous relationships — daughter Kori, 19, and son Kaleb, 17, whom he shares with ex-fiancée Shar Jackson, as well as daughters Jordan, 10, and Peyton, 8, with wife Victoria Prince.

Federline and Spears appear to have a healthy relationship despite going their separate ways all those years ago. After Spears' tumultuous 13-year-long conservatorship ended last November, Federline insisted he was "happy" to see the mother of his children in a better space.
"The best thing would be for their mom to be healthy and happy. And if either of those things aren't true, it doesn't provide for the best setting for custody to be exercised," he said through Kaplan.

As OK! previously reported, Spears broke the internet on Monday after revealing to the world that she and her husband-to-be are expecting their first child together.
"I lost so much weight to go on my Maui trip only to gain it back 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️ … I thought 'Geez … what happened to my stomach ???' My husband said 'No you’re food pregnant silly 🤪 !!!' So I got a pregnancy test … and uhhhhh well … I am having a baby 👶🏼 …," she said in a lengthy Instagram post.
This announcement has been a long time in the making for Spears, who pleaded to the judge prior to being freed from her conservatorship: “I want to be able to get married and have a baby," adding that she was forced to have an IUD by her conservators.
