'Not The Place To Be A Diva': Brooke Burke Throws Shade At Tyra Banks Over 'Dancing With The Stars' Demands — Inside The Nasty Feud

Brooke Burke has entered the ballroom chat! The TV host, who won season 7 of Dancing With the Stars alongside her partner Derek Hough, weighed in on Tyra Banks' hosting skills, which have been critiqued ever since she joined the show in 2020.
While talking to David Yontef on the "Behind the Velvet Rope" podcast, the 50-year-old was asked about how Banks has been doing ever since she took over Tom Bergeron and Erin Andrews' job. “There’s nothing wrong with that, and I’m not saying anything bad about her — be a diva!” she said. “It’s [just] not the place to be a diva.”
The fitness guru believes the model had a "tough transition" when she took on the coveted role.
“Change is hard for everyone. They’ve gone through a lot on that show, that’s for sure,” she said, explaining that "you're just not the star" when you are the host of a television show.
“Like, it is just not about you as the host, right? So, yeah, I think Tyra is great in a shining role. I will just say that," she stated.

Banks has gotten a lot of flak — especially when she accidentally announced the wrong bottom two couples while on live television.
“The world is angry at the talent, but there’s a whole control room and things happening and craziness going on,” she said of the mistake. “And I’m fed certain things, say certain things that I’m told. But it is what it is.”
As OK! previously reported, the mom-of-one is a "nightmare" to work with.
She makes “wild demands” on set and is “disrespectful to the crew,” an insider spilled to The Sun.
Now, it's unclear what her fate will be, especially since the show is moving from ABC to Disney+ this fall.
“There is no official decision on who will be hosting next season but it doesn’t look like Tyra will be back,” a source told the publication. “Which would be a network decision, not her decision.”
