EXCLUSIVE'Nothing Seems To Stick': Chris Evans Eyeing Ana De Armas As He Still Looks For 'The One,' Reveals Insider

The clock is ticking! Now that he's staring down the big 4-0 in June, Chris Evans is down in the dumps about his lackluster love life, an insider spills.
The Captain America hunk, who's attracted the eye of a string of Hollywood beauties over the years, including Lily James, Jessica Biel and Minka Kelly, "is perplexed that he's still unattached and single at this late point in his life," dishes the insider. "He's even tried dating non-Tinseltown types, like Jenny Slate, but nothing seems to stick."
Now, the actor's long romantic rap sheet could get the best of him. "It's unfortunate that Chris is still known for his flings because the truth is he's looking for the right woman to settle down with and start a family," shares the insider, adding that with his birthday just around the corner.
"Chris is anxious to settle down. He doesn't want to even think about growing old alone," the insider adds.
At least Evans knows what he wants out of life. He previously opened up to Men's Journal about his desire to have a family. "I want a wife, I want kids. I like ceremony. I want to carve pumpkins and decorate Christmas trees," the Avengers star said, noting that he likes "pretty pedestrian, domestic things."

The hunk may be single for now, but rumors are buzzing that he could eyeing Ana De Armas after her split from Ben Affleck. The two perviously starred together in the murder mystery film Knives Out.
De Armas, 32, set to star alongside Evans in the upcoming thriller The Gray Man, "has always had a soft spot for Chris, and she can't wait to reunite with him," an insider exclusively told OK!. "She's been calling him a lot, and it's gotten very friendly and flirty."
Evans is said to be liking all the attention too. The source added that it wouldn't be a surprise if "they became an item once shooting starts."
"Ana remembers Chris as a real gentleman. It doesn't hurt that he's so handsome, too," the source revealed. The Cuban beauty called it quits with Affleck after their year-long romance, as the former flames had been having problems in their relationship "for a while."
"They started bickering a lot and getting on each other's nerves," an insider dished of their relationship. "Ben wanted to be with her 24/7, [and it made] Ana claustrophobic. She felt like the fun was gone and needed some space."
