Sean 'Diddy' Combs is moving on from bad memories.
Three years after his late girlfriend Kim Porter passed away in her sleep, the 52-year-old musician has reportedly sold the Los Angeles pad where the tragedy took place.
As OK! previously reported, the rap star initially listed the 9,655 square foot mansion back in October after purchasing the property in 2009 for a little over $5 million.
Diddy is set to receive $7 million for the Toluca Lake home as the pending deal is expected to close later this week, per TMZ.
The "Coming Home" rapper never actually occupied the house himself, but the 6-bedroom mansion was the longtime home of Porter and the three children the former couple shares: son Christian, 23, and twin daughters, Jessie and D'Lila, 14.
In 2018, Porter — who dated Diddy on-and-off for years — was found deceased in the Los Angeles home following a battle with lobar pneumonia. She was 47 years old. The Grammy Award winner is said to have not set foot in the house since his ex's tragic death.

Diddy and Porter eventually called it quits for good in 2007, after the model found out Diddy had fathered a child with another woman while she was pregnant with the twins. (The rapper welcomed daughter Chance with Sarah Chapman months before Porter gave birth to their twin girls.)
Despite their breakup, the pair was believed to have been on good terms, as a source previously called them, "very close friends," explaining that the coparents were "still a family."
Last December, on the anniversary of what would have been Porter's 50th birthday, the songwriter posted a touching tribute to his late lover by encouraging his followers to cherish their loved ones.
"If you got a good woman please let her know. Tell her as soon as you can. Make sure she knows. Make sure she feels it," he wrote at the time. "HONOR HER. CHERISH HER. Cause the special ones are RARE and FEw. And everyone doesn't get a chance. LET THE ONE YOU LOVE KNOW TODAY." Diddy also tagged Porter in the post, promising to "honor" her forever.
