Kai Trump revealed grandpa Donald Trump can get a little competitive when they play golf together.
The athlete, 19, appeared on NewsNation’s Katie Pavlich Tonight on August 21 and she opened up about the POTUS, 80, and his love for the sport.
Donald Trump Is 'a Great Golfer'
Kai Trump opened up about playing the sport with granddad Donald Trump.
"He’s a great golfer," Kai gushed. "I’m telling you, he’s really, really good. He plays with the pros all around the world.”
When asked if the president ever gives her tips on her swing, she noted he "tries getting into my head."

"When we’re playing with each other, even if we’re on the same team, he still tries to get into my head. So I guess he kind of teaches me to just stay more focused and don’t let people get into my head," the daughter of Donald Jr. and Vanessa Trump added.

Kai Trump revealed she 'lets' the businessman 'drive the golf cart.'
She then dished she "lets" Donald "drive the golf cart" whenever they take in a game of the club-and-ball sport.
"I've always loved competing. I'm very competitive person to be honest with you," Kai also said about her flair for golf. "You're always trying to compete against yourself and get better score than you did the day before. I like competing because I feel like it gives you a drive to compete."
Donald Trump Is 'Just Like a Normal Grandpa'
Kai Trump said she loves to talk with Donald Trump about the sport.
"I always want to be the best at whatever I'm doing and playing golf kind of gives me that," she explained.
Despite the University of Miami student getting a little cutthroat with her grandfather while on the putting green, she still has a sweet relationship with him.
"He's just like a normal grandpa," Kai divulged. "That's what I call him, grandpa. And sitting down at dinner with him, we just talk like normal people."
Kai Trump suffered a painful wrist injury last year.
"Like if you spoke to your grandpa or a family member, it's just, it's very normal. And we talk about golf because we have that in common. We talk about a lot of other things. He loves sports. I love sports. And it's just like having a normal dinner with your family member," she said.
Kai also suffered a wrist injury last year during golf practice and she had to take a hiatus from the sport for several months, returning to the course this past June.
This past January, Kai underwent a procedure to fix her ECU tendon and triangular fibrocartilage complex in her wrist. Following the surgery, she spent months doing rehab to build up strength back in her arm.
