Kai Trump, President Donald Trump’s 19-year-old granddaughter, has spent much of her first-year orientation at the University of Miami giving interviews to the media about her family. Kai reiterated that her grandfather is "just like a normal grandpa" during an appearance on NewsNation's Katie Pavlich Tonight.

Kai Trump is Donald Trump's eldest grandchild.
The new collegiate and aspiring golfer appeared on the network to discuss her sport and family life, sharing several insights into her personal relationship with the POTUS.
She explained that when they sit down for dinner, they talk like normal people and family members do.
Donald and Kai Trump Golf Together

Kai Trump called the president 'a great golfer.'
When asked during the softball interview who wins when she golfs with her grandfather, Kai replied, “I can’t say that, but he’s a great golfer. I’m telling you, he’s really, really good.”
She doubled down on her assessment of his game, adding, “I mean, he is good. He plays with the pros all around the world. Well, he tries getting into my head. When we’re playing with each other, even if we’re on the same team, he still tries to get into my head. So I guess he kind of teaches me to just stay more focused and don’t let people get into my head.”

Kai Trump said she always lets Donald Trump drive the golf cart.
One thing’s for sure, however — the POTUS is always in the driver’s seat, she said.
“He drives the golf cart. I let him do that. He's the driver,” she said.
'It's Very Normal'

Kai Trump insisted the president is 'just like a normal grandpa.'
Kai also spends plenty of time with Donald off the golf course.
“Well, he's just like a normal grandpa. That's what I call him, grandpa. And sitting down at dinner with him, we just talk like normal people," she spilled. "Like if you spoke to your grandpa or a family member, it's just, it's very normal. And we talk about golf because we have that in common. We talk about a lot of other things. He loves sports. I love sports. And it's just like having a normal dinner with your family member.”
