Erika Jayne Eyeing Exit From 'RHOBH', Reality Star Ready To Ditch Hollywood Amid Costar Drama & Legal Woes: Source
Erika Jayne is ready for her next act.
An insider says the scandal-plagued Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member (real name: Erika Girardi) is so fed up with her costars trying to exploit her legal woes that she’s ready to bail on the show for good.
Jayne, 50, has taken a brutal public beating amid damning allegations that her estranged husband, Tom Girardi, 82, embezzled millions from his law firm to fund her lavish lifestyle — and that she’d been in on the scheme for more than a decade.
As OK! previously reported, Erika was sued for $25 million last month by the trustee handling the bankruptcy case against her estranged husband’s law firm.
“She’s not getting along with any of the other housewives and is sick of their sniping, badmouthing and mean-spiritedness,” spills the insider, who says Jayne’s only ally at Bravo is the show’s exec producer, Andy Cohen.
“He’s the one person who’s got Erika’s back,” adds the insider. “But at the moment, it doesn’t look like even Andy could convince her to stay.”

Now that the reality star's world has imploded, “she feels what she needs most is a long vacation — as far from L.A. as possible,” continues the insider, “so she can figure where to go from here.”
The Pretty Mess author's legal woes — and split from Girardi — have been documented throughout the current season of the reality series.
In the most recent episode that aired on Wednesday, September 8, Jayne squared off with Sutton Stracke after the boutique owner questioned her involvement in her estranged husband's business dealings.
After warning the 59-year-old to stop accusing her of lying, Jayne asked Stracke: "Would you like to get sued?" to which Stracke replied: "No, of course not."
"If you want to talk about someone else's health issues and you think that person isn't gonna come after you, think again," Jayne advised, seemingly referring to Girardi — who's been placed under a temporary conservatorship and diagnosed with late-onset Alzheimer's and dementia.
In a confessional, the mom-of-one said Stracke is "in way over her head" noting: "It's not about me suing her. It's more about, 'Careful what you say about other people that aren't here.' He ain't dead and gone, honey."
As OK! previously reported, Jayne is itching to film the Bravo series' reunion so she can confront her costars.
