As OK! previously reported — on Thursday, October 28 — multiple reports confirmed that the parents had broken up following her mom's claim that the 28-year-old had allegedly struck the former RHOBH star during the argument.
According to court documents, during the alleged altercation —which Malik has now plead no contest to harassment for — he reportedly called Yolanda "f***ing Dutch sl*t," and demanded that she "stay away from [my] f***ing daughter."
Per documents Malik then — "shoved her [Yolanda] into a dresser causing mental anguish and physical pain." The "PILLOWTALK" singer has denied any physical contact during the dispute that reportedly took place on September 29 at the couple's Pennsylvania home.
According to legal papers, Malik then reportedly called Gigi — who was in Paris — and screamed into the phone "Strap on some f***ing balls and defend your partner against your f***ing mother in my house."
