Hailey Bieber definitely sees kids in her future with Justin Bieber.
The 25-year-old blonde bombshell recently sat down with WSJ. Magazine, where she dished all about her married life with the singing sensation and the possibility of the lovebirds starting a family sometime soon.
"I think ideally in the next couple of years we would try [to start a family]," she admitted to the outlet. "But there's a reason they call it try, right? You don't know how long that process is ever going to take."
She also ruled out the possibility of having a baby in 2022, stating: "Definitely no kids this year; that would be a bit hectic, I think."
She also explained how her perspective on the idea of having children has changed over the years, as she previously thought she was going to have kids right away after getting married. (The power couple tied the knot in 2018.)
"There's this thing that happens for women when you get married. Everybody always assumes it's: First comes love, then comes marriage, then comes the baby. Well, what about all the things I want to accomplish in my business?" she pointed out. "I think I had it ingrained in my head that I was going to want to have kids right away and I was going to want to have kids super, super young. Then I turned 25 and I'm like, I'm still super, super young!"
As OK! previously reported, Justin already seems to have babies on the brain, which he expressed in his latest documentary series Justin Bieber: Our World. While talking about his goals for 2021, the "Baby" artist said in the Amazon Prime Video doc: “Make sure I put my family first and hopefully we sqoosh out a nugget," to which Hailey questioned, "Uh, in 2021?"
“It’s up to you, babe,” the Biebs added after Hailey maintained the duo would see how the year unfolded.
Meanwhile, a source explained Hailey isn't trying to rush anything at this point, as she is "at the top of her game" in her modeling career.
In the meantime, Hailey is just enjoying the perks of married life with the "Peaches" artist, who she claims is still a "very normal person," despite the massive amount of fame he acquired at a young age.
"Behind closed doors, we're two really normal people that just have not-normal lifestyles and careers," she told WSJ. Magazine. "I think given the magnitude of Justin's career, he's a very normal person, and I don't think that always happens."
