The Real Housewives of Orange County ladies are flying high!
Queen B Heather Dubrow took to Instagram on Wednesday, January 19, to post a video of herself and fellow cast members Shannon Beador, Emily Simpson, Gina Kirschenheiter and Dr. Jen Armstrong as they jetted off for their cast trip to Cabo — and they brought some legal substances with them!
"We're about to get to Cabo and apparently I'm Shannon's plug," the Heather's World host jokingly stated in the video. "Yes, I've been microdosing," Beador replied.
Former housewife Tamra Judge chimed in on the fun-filled video, commenting: "Can’t wait to watch. I have FOMO …always loved our trips together ❤️."

Noticeably missing from the group was newbie Noella Bergener, who has been feuding with the Malibu Country actress as of late, even going on to call her a "fake b**ch." Things between the frenemies appeared to take a turn when Bergener arrived at Dubrow's house while she was filming. In a confessional, Bergener called Dubrow a narcissist and suggested she invited her over just so she could see her filming the infomercial.
As OK! previously reported, the back-and-forth drama between the ladies came to a head when Dubrow later called Bergener out on social media for allegedly lying on camera. Dubrow shared a screenshot of the reality stars' text exchange before Bergener came over, where the mother-of-four told Bergener she would be working but was still looking forward to seeing her, suggesting that the newbie was being two-faced.
"When you thank her for coming to your house to clear the air and move forward because you’re working all weekend, and she comes over and pretends not to know and trashes your business and your character," the businesswoman captioned the photo of her and Bergener's text exchange.
In the recent episode, the newly divorced cast member — whose tumultuous split from husband James Bergener has made headlines — had some choice words to say about Dubrow upon entering her home.
“I had my suspicions before but this is pretty concrete evidence," Bergener said after seeing Dubrow's podcast studio, which has walls covered in photos of the actress. "This is a shrine to a complete and really, really good narcissist. This is thorough. If I wasn’t so creeped out, I’d be impressed.”
