Hunter Biden Fires Back After 'Disgraced' Rudy Giuliani Threatens Him and Tucker Carlson With Defamation Lawsuit: 'No One Even Mentioned Him'

Hunter Biden mocked Rudy Giuliani after Giuliani threatened to sue him and Tucker Carlson for defamation.

Giuliani is threatening to take legal action against podcaster Carlson following recent comments regarding Hunter's 2020 laptop controversy.

In the interview, Carlson and Biden discussed a theory that Israel or Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu set up the laptop leak. Giuliani claimed Carlson agreed with the premise, essentially accusing Giuliani and Donald Trump of acting as "agents for Bibi." Giuliani fiercely denied this, stating he has never been an agent for anyone but himself and the United States

“The disgraced former mayor of New York, Rudy (I was just tucking in my shirt) Giuliani, has threatened to sue me for defamation over an interview in which I never said his name. No one even mentioned him,” Biden posted on X, referring to the disbarred attorney being caught in a compromising scene in a New York hotel room during a hidden-camera prank for the 2020 comedy movie Borat Subsequent Moviefilm.

In that film, Giuliani was caught on camera in a hotel room with an actress, reaching into his pants, and later insisted he was merely "tucking in his shirt after taking off the recording equipment.”

The 56-year-old taunted Trump’s former attorney with threats and alluded to his dubious associations with shady figures.

“Rudy, you worked with known Russian agents and their proxies to spread lies about my father and me. Their names are Andrii Derkach, Konstantin Kulyk, Andriy Telizhenko, Oleksandr Dubinsky, and more. Kulyk handed you a dossier filled with disinformation. You flew to Kyiv in December 2019 to sit down with Derkach, then went on television with him to sell his bulls-it tapes,” he said.

In December 2019, National Security Advisor Robert O'Brien formally warned Trump that Russian intelligence officers were utilizing Giuliani to funnel disinformation into the White House.

“Trump’s own national security adviser warned the White House that what you brought back was Russian disinformation. You kept going,” Biden said. “Then Trump’s own Treasury Secretary, Steven Mnuchin, sanctioned Derkach in September 2020 as an active Russian agent for over a decade, for spreading the same lies you are still spitting. Four months later, on his way out the door, Mnuchin sanctioned you, Lev Parnas, our sources. Kulyk. Telizhenko. Dubinsky. Eleven people and four media front companies in all. Not sanctioned by me. Not by my father. By Donald Trump’s Treasury Department.”

Biden then dug deeper into Giuliani’s dealings, this time with Parnas, the Ukrainian-born American businessman who gained national attention as an associate of Giuliani during the first impeachment inquiry of Trump.

Parnas worked with Giuliani to press Ukrainian officials to announce investigations into Joe and Hunter Biden, and pushed for the removal of U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch.

“And remember Vienna, Rudy. In October 2019 you, Lev Parnas and Igor Fruman had tickets to fly there to collect a hard drive, courtesy of Dmytro Firtash, an indicted oligarch who has spent a decade in Vienna fighting extradition to the United States. Lev and Igor were arrested at Dulles holding one-way tickets. You canceled yours the next morning. That was way before a computer repairman in Wilmington was ever a twinkle in your eye,” Hunter wrote.

In his post, Biden practically dared Giuliani to move forward with a lawsuit, writing, "Please, please sue me. Discovery will be a joy for everyone," while pointing out that Giuliani had previously worked with figures sanctioned as Russian proxies to spread disinformation.

Earlier this year in May, the 82-year-old Giuliani experienced a severe health scare when he was hospitalized in critical condition with viral pneumonia, but he has since recovered and returned to public commentary.
