Jaime Pressly reportedly got into a confrontation with security guards at a hotel in San Jose due to her belligerent behavior.
The actress was staying at Signia by Hilton San Jose, where the incident occurred on Thursday, August 27. Per TMZ, she was sitting in the hotel lobby and talking loudly for 30 minutes when security guards approached her about her behavior.
She reportedly “ignored two security guards” and continued her loud phone conversation despite complaints from other people.

Jaime Pressly was confronted by security guards at a hotel due to her belligerent behavior in the lobby.
The 49-year-old was reportedly staying at the hotel ahead of her upcoming scheduled appearance at GalaxyCon in a nearby convention center.
On the day of the incident, witnesses who watched the scene unfold alleged that she appeared out of sorts and under the influence while talking to what appeared to be her family over the phone.
However, they also stated that she continued drinking alcohol and using profanity throughout the incident, which they took issue with.
Securty Guards told Jaime Pressly 'we're done' after she repeatedly ignored them.
Soon after, guards approached her to de-escalate the situation. However, she not only ignored them but also held up a finger to indicate she wasn't finished while they stood nearby waiting for her.
When she did hang up, though, instead of acknowledging the guards, she reportedly went up to a woman who was attending a wedding at the hotel and touched her arm to complain about the security guards.
She reportedly received another call at that moment, but the guards stepped in and told her, “We're done.”

Jaime Pressly Left the Hotel After Reports of Her Misdemeanor Continued
Jaime Pressly was reportedly asked to leave the premises by a guard for putting her hand on another guest at the hotel.
After her second run-in with the guards, the My Name Is Earl star seemingly left the lobby for ten minutes to smoke outside. However, she returned shortly afterward arm-in-arm with a valet employee of the hotel, per the outlet.
Witnesses claimed that even after the incident unfolded, she reportedly went straight to the bar to get another drink. At this point, security reportedly escorted her away.
Another witness told the outlet that a guard allegedly told the Emmy-winning actress to leave because she had put her hands on another guest, who appears to be the wedding guest Pressly approached out of the blue.
Jaime Pressly reportedly had been dealing with some family issues which contributed to her erratic behavior.
Per the outlet, the Not Another Teen Movie star left the hotel of her own accord afterward. She also reportedly canceled her scheduled appearance at the GalaxyCon.
During her earlier phone conversation, which reportedly started the entire debacle, the star could be heard saying on the phone, “Mommy loves you.”
She also reportedly said, “You are the best husband I have ever divorced and you are good to our kids,” at one point during the conversation.
The Hollywood icon was previously married to entertainment lawyer Simran Singh from 2009 to 2011.
Sources close to the actress told TMZ that she had been dealing with some family issues lately, which may have contributed to her behavior.
