Jenna Jameson got candid about getting older.
The 52-year-old opened up to her social media followers about navigating menopause in an Instagram video post on Sunday, August 23.
'I’ve Been Doing My Best'
Jenna Jameson confessed that going through menopause is 'not easy.'
Jameson, who is no stranger to talking about her health and her sobriety, wrote, "So I’ve been doing my best to navigate my diet now that I’m in menopause. Girl, it’s not easy."
"My body doesn’t respond the way it used to, so I’m switching things up and eating super CLEAN. I’m still not where I want to be at, but I’m on my way," she continued before asking, "Do you have any weight-loss secrets?"
For the short clip, set to Sleep Token's "Hypnosis," the former adult star wore gray sweatpants and a blue crop top that showed off her figure as she posed in the mirror.

'Sobriety Is Rooted in All of That'
Jenna Jameson opened up to OK! about her sobriety and finding Jesus.
As previously reported by OK!, Jameson has been focused on her sobriety, crediting her faith for keeping her on track.
"My day begins with my love of God, and everything falls into place thereafter," Jameson exclusively shared with OK!. "I focus on gratitude and telling people how much they mean to me every single day. Sobriety is rooted in all of that."
The blonde beauty said maintaining sobriety is about setting boundaries: "I’ve learned that boundaries are the ultimate weapon against falling off the wagon and staying mentally strong."
Jameson noted her "entire early adult life was shaped by the adult industry," which is why "so many wounds had formed emotionally."
"I work every single day to deconstruct those feelings of loneliness, and I’ve now found self-assuredness by forging my path with God," she continued.
Jenna Jameson Got Married in July
Jenna Jameson often credits her partner for leading her to her faith.
Jameson married her partner, Mil R. Ocampo, on July 25 in Miami, Fla., often sharing the positive impact Ocampo has had on her life.
On July 22, she admitted, "2 years ago I was so incredibly defeated. I had no idea how I was going to find happiness again, but God made a way."
She added, "Thank you @milsocampo for standing by my side and holding one of my hands while Jesus held the other."
