Joe Jonas is spending the holidays in England, where his wife, Sophie Turner, 25, is from.
The boybander shared a sweet photo via Instagram of himself enjoying his time over the pond while posing next to a horse. "Welcome to the peaky blinders mate 🍻," the 32-year-old cheekily captioned a photo of the two on Sunday, December 26, referencing the smash hit British show Peaky Blinders, starring hunk Cillian Murphy.
Jonas' followers couldn't help but gush over the precious snap of him and his four-legged friend, with one user quipping: "Happy Boxing Day you Brit guy," while another added: "Awww! ❤️ the two of you have such sweet faces. Love the sweater bye!"
The lovebirds — who share one child together — have been taking in the sights and sounds of England ahead of Boxing Day, a holiday celebrated one day after Christmas. The Hollywood couple has been sharing videos and photos of themselves enjoying carolers singing holiday tunes, as well as the two perusing around town to enjoy the fresh air.
It's unclear whether Jonas and Turner paid the actress' family a visit while over the pond or who they spent Christmas with following claims the blonde babe was on the rocks with her in-laws over past comments she made.
OK! previously reported Jonas' parents weren't thrilled with their daughter-in-law after the Game of Thrones star's pot shots at her hubby during the Jonas Brothers Family Roast. According to an insider, the singer was "under a ton of pressure" to get his wife to zip it at holiday gatherings this year.
"Joe thinks Sophie is hilarious and he loves that she's not afraid to make dirty jokes, even at his expense," an insider explained. But his straight-laced parents were not as amused, the insider added of Jonas' dad, Paul, who is a former ordained minister. "Joe is stuck in the middle because this is just Sophie being herself. But with her potty mouth, things are bound to get awkward around the dinner table."
The X-Men star and the Camp Rock alum were first linked in 2016. Jonas popped the question a year later, and the lovebirds tied the knot during a surprise Vegas ceremony in 2019. Turner gave birth to the couple's first child, daughter Willa, in July 2020.
