Muscle hottie Joseph Baena had his over 300,000 Instagram followers doing a double-take as he flexed his rock-hard body via his Story on Thursday, June 24.
The 23-year-old fitness enthusiast posted a clip of him pumping some serious iron in a white tank, then stripped down to show off his ripped abs and bulging biceps.
The famous son of seven-time Mr. Olympia champion and body-building icon Arnold Schwarzenegger was making some serious gains doing a set of chest flies with 50-pound dumbbells.
Baena is no stranger to flaunting his incredible bod on social media, often drawing comparison to his dad. “Finally a sunny week in LA,” he posted a series of snaps via Instagram on June 18. “Gotta take advantage 🤷♂️.”
His followers flooded the comments section with praise. “Keeping the bloodline alive. Good job sir,” a user wrote, comparing him to Schwarzenegger. “And all the so-called ‘fitness gurus’ on IG say it's not genetics," another user commented. “This man is living proof, it's definitely genetics.”
Schwarzenegger initially hid the fact that Baena was his child for decades. The Terminator star had an affair with his housekeeper, and she got pregnant. The former governor of California met the young man when he was eight years old, and the duo have maintained a great bond ever since.
Baena continues to follow in his father’s footsteps, this time as an actor, as he recently wrapped his first film, Bully High.
According to IMDb, Baena plays the “school president” in the upcoming film. IMDb’s description of the film says it centers on a “Muslim high school student who is bullied for wearing a Hijab.”
Baena recently shared behind-the-scenes footage of the film, saying, “Having a great time on set of Bully High," he captioned the post on May 15. “Finally know what it’s like to be a private school kid 😂.”
