Joseph Duggar’s wife, Kendra, is sharing how their family really feels following his arrest.
On Thursday, March 26, the mom-of-four spoke to her husband during a prison call, where she relayed the emotions of their loved ones after the shocking allegations surfaced.

“Just know that everybody loves you, even if they’re disappointed,” Kendra said in the call, per TMZ.
The 19 Kids and Counting alum didn’t push back, instead acknowledging the reaction from those closest to him.
“I understand the disappointment,” he replied.
During the call, Joseph also opened up about what life has been like behind bars. He told Kendra he’s been spending 23 hours a day in an undersized cell while in solitary confinement.

"It's a pretty small area, but I've been able to read a lot actually and resting some, but I'm not sleeping great through the night," he explained. "It's great to hear your voice."
Kendra tried to keep him grounded, telling him to “take everything one day at a time,” which he agreed to.

As OK! previously reported, Joseph is accused of molesting a 9-year-old child during a 2020 trip to Panama City Beach, Fla.
"As the vacation continued, he also asked her to sit next to him on a couch and covered them with a blanket. During this time, Duggar manipulated the victim’s underwear and grazed her genitals. Duggar would also continue to rub his hands on her thighs," the Bay County Sheriff's Office revealed. "The victim stated Duggar eventually apologized for his actions and the incidents stopped after the apology.”
The disgraced reality star appeared in court in Florida, wearing a striped prison uniform and looking noticeably disheveled.
A judge has since ordered that he have no contact with the victim, who is now 14.
The hearing comes just hours after Joseph was booked into custody by the Bay County Sheriff's Office following his extradition from Arkansas.
He was then released after entering a "not guilty" plea during his first court appearance in the Sunshine State.
The reality star was released after pleading not guilty.
According to an insider, he was able to post a $600,000 bond.
Meanwhile, Joseph’s parents, Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, are also reacting to the situation.
"Right now, they are focused on loving their family and helping [his wife] Kendra and her children during this difficult time," a spokesperson shared. "They are praying for the victim. They ask for privacy and appreciate the kind words and prayers offered by so many.”
Kendra, 27, was also arrested and charged with four counts of endangering the welfare of a minor in the second degree and four counts of false imprisonment in the second degree.
"She’s not suspected or accused of participating in his alleged crime," the spokesperson clarified.
She was released on bail about 90 minutes after being taken into custody on March 20.
The couple is scheduled to appear in court again on April 29.
