Josh Duggar was sent to Washington County jail in Arkansas following his guilty verdict where he will spend the foreseeable future until his sentencing.
Garrett Ferguson with KWNA Fox 24 News tweeted a video of the disgraced reality star being booked into the Fayetteville jailhouse. Duggar could be seen being led into the room under the close watch of a guard as he was instructed to sit down on a bench and take off his shoes.
This comes shortly after the 33-year-old was found guilty on both charges of receiving and possessing child pornography on Thursday, December 9 as his bombshell trial drew to a close.
He faces up to 20 years in prison and up to $250,000 in fines for each count after his conviction, although Judge Timothy L. Brooks stated that Duggar's sentencing could take about four months.
The judge stated after the ruling that Duggar would be detained immediately, despite his compliance throughout the court process.
“Mr. Duggar 100 percent has been compliant awaiting trial," the judge said after the verdict was read. "I appreciate that and I wanted to acknowledge that."
"However because of the guilty offenses, he must be detained regardless of flight risk so there will be a mandatory detention," he continued. "The marshals will set that up.”

An insider at the hearing reported that Duggar appeared "teary-eyed," as the jury read the verdict to the courtroom. He was then immediately cuffed and brought straight to custody, where he looked "solemn" and told his wife Anna that he "loved her."
Duggar's lawyers also revealed outside of the courthouse on Thursday that they plan to appeal the ruling.
"We respect the jury's verdict and we look forward to continuing this fight on appeal," one of the lawyers said. "We plan to appeal at the appropriate time."
The former 19 Kids and Counting star was arrested back in April after disturbing content containing child pornography was found on a desktop computer at his workplace.
The trial kicked off on November 30, where other members of the famous family, including Jim Bob Duggar, Jill Duggar and Justin Duggar were seen watching from the gallery throughout the nearly two weeks that the trial lasted.
Leading up to the ex-reality star's trial, it was unclear whether or not his past molestation scandal would be admissable as evidence in the case. (In 2015, a police report from 2006 revealed that Duggar had molested five minor girls, including four of own his sisters).
After the defense tried to argue that the past scandal was irrelevant to the current charges, the judge ultimately ruled to allow the incident into evidence.
