Kate Beckinsale scrubbed her Instagram handle of all posts after clapping back at her "broken" trolls.
In a since-deleted post that she shared on Monday, per Page Six, Beckinsale posted a screenshot of the remarks in question, one of which said, "Loosen up the [Ozempic]!! You were divine, and now you look anorexic!"
She wrote in response, "As I’m sure you’re aware, anytime I post a photo of myself, I receive an enormous amount of comments telling me how disgusting I look and I’m anorexic or I’m on meth or that I’ve lost so much weight."
Kate Beckinsale Called Out Trolls Over Their Remarks

Beckinsale also broke down in tears in December 2025 while claiming that her thinning down was a "physical manifestation of grief" as she battled "survivor guilt" in an emotional Instagram clip, as per Page Six.
"First off, I’ve lost my entire family, except my precious daughter, in a short amount of time," she continued, referring to the back-to-back deaths of her mother and stepfather.
Beckinsale Gets Candid About Her Health Conditions

Kate Beckinsale got candid about her health struggles in her last Instagram post.
Beckinsale then talked about her health struggles.
"The second thing is, I have a condition, which is an autoimmune condition called mast cell activation syndrome," she said. "And there’s another one called mast cell disease, and there’s mastocytosis. This is something that I was diagnosed with 16 years ago."
"I was really, really lucky that I had an amazing GP in London who called it and sent me to, at that point, the one guy in the world in New Jersey who was the expert in that," she continued, explaining that her stomach is "ground zero" for all these health conditions she has been battling.

Kate Beckinsale urged social media users to remember that they don't know 'what’s going on in people’s lives.'
To another fan's comment, who asked her to "eat please," Beckinsale replied, "Having just made a several slides post about how eating could actually kill me this is a little beyond."
Adding to this, the Pearl Harbor actress also urged social media users to always remember that they don't "know what’s going on in people’s lives" and that it's "not necessary for everyone to know your opinion on what somebody else’s body looks like."

However, she has since completely wiped her account clean.
Her new profile picture is a graphic that reads, "‘Honey, what do you want to be when you grow up?’ ‘A threat to the new world order.’"
