The couple was charged with endangering the welfare of a minor and false imprisonment in the second degree.

What Was Kendra Duggar Accused Of?

The pair is set to appear in an Arkansas court on April 29.
The former TLC reality TV stars were charged with four counts of endangering the welfare of a minor in the second degree, and four counts of false imprisonment in the second degree.
The couple's home was searched by the Tontitown Police Dept. and Arkansas Dept. of Human Services on March 19 following Joseph's arrest for allegedly molesting a 9-year-old girl on vacation in Florida in 2020.
"After his charge, they automatically do a home study if minors live there," a source told Us Weekly on March 21. "Apparently, they had two rooms where the lock of the doorknob was on the outside instead of inside. They arrested her and took her kids for that, saying it’s evidence that she wrongly detains her kids."
The two are scheduled to appear in an Arkansas court on April 29.
