Kim Kardashian Reveals 'No Counseling Or Reconciliation Effort' Can Salvage Kanye West Relationship In New Docs, Says They 'Deserve The Opportunity To Build New Lives'
It sounds like Kim Kardashian is done with Kanye West for good.
As previously reported by OK!, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum filed to become officially single and for her maiden name to be restored on Friday, December 10. Now, more details have emerged about where Kardashian stands with her estranged husband.
According to supporting documents, obtained by TMZ, the 41-year-old wrote that "no counseling or reconciliation effort will be of any value at this time."
"Irreconcilable differences have existed and continue to exist between [Kanye] and me, which have caused our marriage to irretrievably break down," Kardashian reportedly added.
"I have been attempting to settle our dissolution with [Kanye] since I filed for divorce in February 2021," the reality star wrote, per the outlet. "I have requested several times that [Kanye] agree to bifurcate and terminate our marital status. [He] has not responded to my request."
"[Kanye] and I both deserve the opportunity to build new lives. Therefore, I am asking that my request to bifurcate and terminate our marital status be granted," Kardashian concluded, per the legal docs.

West — who recently changed his name to Ye — made a public plea for the SKIMS founder to rekindle their relationship during his Free Larry Hoover Benefit Concert last week. During the performance, he changed the lyrics to his track "Runaway" and sang: "I need you to run right back to me. More specifically, Kimberly."
Despite Kardashian filing for divorce in February, the former Hollywood couple appears to be cordial. As previously reported by OK!, fans noticed a Christmas stocking with the rapper's name on it hung on Kardashian's mantel when the reality star showed off her Christmas decorations on TikTok.
Kardashian also supported her estranged husband when she attended his Donda listening parties and joined him at their late pal Virgil Abloh's final Louis Vuitton show last month. In addition, Kardashian praised the 44-year-old — who she wed in 2014 — while accepting the Fashion Icon Award at the 2021 People's Choice Awards earlier this month.
"To Kanye for really introducing me to the fashion world. I fell in love with fashion and I'm so inspired by so many people but again, this is like a dream that I get to wake up and wear these amazing clothes and try new things and take a risk," she gushed on stage. "I'm so humbled."
Kardashian has since been linked to Pete Davidson following her stint on Saturday Night Live in October.
