What happens in Vegas… doesn’t always stay in Vegas!
Nicolas Cage had to be removed from a bar after having a little too much to drink. The 57-year-old was reportedly escorted out of Lawry’s Prime Rib located close to the infamous Las Vegas Strip.
Restaurant spies spilled to The Sun the Ghost Rider star had “been drinking expensive whiskey and shots of tequila” before becoming intoxicated. The actor sported leopard pants and flip-flops. He was also snapped sitting on a sofa barefoot struggling to get his shoes on.
The insider noted he was staggering and shouting. After exiting the bar, he attempted to get back in, but was reportedly blocked by a female staff member on Monday, September 13.
An eyewitness said at first glance she thought the Oscar winner was “a homeless man completely drunk and being rowdy” before realizing it was the Hollywood legend.

The insider continued: “He was shouting at people and trying to get into fights and then staff asked him to leave.”
Even though the National Treasure star was allegedly acting belligerent, he didn’t want to end the party. “He asked us if we wanted to come back to his place but he was in a bad way so we didn't think it was a good idea,” the onlooker stated. “One of the regulars ended up taking him home.”
It’s been a solemn year for the actor, his mother, Joy Vogelsang, died in May at the age of 85.
Cage’s brother, Christopher Coppola, announced the sad news on his Facebook page at the time. “I was with her all day but left for a couple hours and missed her passing by a couple hours so wasn't able to hold her hand to give her my love and affection before her journey to peace land,” he wrote.
