Prince William and Kate Middleton are reportedly feeling thwarted by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's recent comeback to the United Kingdom.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex touched down in the country on August 26 and are planning to stay for an extended period of time.
Prince William Will Be 'Watching Over His Shoulder' Amid Prince Harry's Comeback

Prince William 'doesn't know' what Prince Harry will 'spring' on him next.
According to a source, the Prince and Princess of Wales, both 45, have been “derailed” by the couple's abrupt return.
“There’s a sense that William is going to have to be watching over his shoulder the whole time. He doesn’t know what his brother is going to spring on them all next,” an insider told Vanity Fair on August 28.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's Kids Will Be Starting School in England

Prince George will be attending Eton College in the fall.
“This was meant to be a happy time for him. Catherine is doing well and [Prince] George is just about to start Eton [College]. This has just derailed them," the individual said.
Kate and William's son, George, 13, is continue his education at the Berkshire boarding school this fall.
Meghan, 45, and Harry's kids, Prince Archie, 7, and Princess Lilibet, 5, are also set to begin school in England next month. The Invictus Games founder, 41, and the Suits alum will be moving into a private, non-royal home base outside of London for the time being.

Prince William and King Charles 'on the Same Page' About Meghan and Harry's Royal Status

King Charles spoke with Prince William about Prince Harry moving back to the U.K.
Another insider divulged to Vanity Fair that William and Kate "had a number of talks" with King Charles at their Scotland summer residence, Balmoral Castle, about Harry and Meghan’s return to the U.K.
The Duke of Cambridge and the monarch, 77, reportedly have spoken “one-on-one” about the Sussexes and are “on the same page”about the West Coast-based couple remaining as private individuals.
Harry and Meghan moved to Montecito, Calif., in 2020 after taking a step back as senior members of the Windsor clan.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Keeping California Home While Living in England

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will be setting up a private, non-royal home outside of London.
While the As Ever founder and the Spare author are staying in England for now, they will still be maintaining their $15 million Montecito mansion, as well as their Portugal vacation home.
“Prince William is very concerned about the Sussexes coming back and why they have made the decision so quickly,” the source chimed in. “He is adamant the situation must remain as it is and that Harry and Meghan will not carry out royal engagements. He has sought his father’s assurance there will be no changes to the present situation.”
The insider added Charles and William are “completely aligned” with the notion that there will be no modifications to Harry and Meghan’s status as nonworking royals.
