Prince William Worries Chats With Prince Harry Will Be 'Plastered Over American TV,' There's Reportedly Still A 'Lack Of Trust'

While Prince William and Prince Harry may no longer be battling, it looks like they are still at odds following the red-headed prince and Meghan Markle's explosive interview with Oprah Winfrey.

“There’s a lack of trust on both sides which makes moving forward very hard,” a source said of the brothers' tumultuous relationship — after Harry cited the royal family's lack of support as one of the reasons the couple decided to step back from their senior royal duties during the bombshell CBS tell-all on Sunday, March 7.

As OK! previously reported, King revealed she spoke with the Duke of Sussex over the weekend about his chats with dad Prince Charles and his older brother. "The word I was given was that those conversations were not productive," she said of Harry's talks, adding that she's "glad that they have at least started a conversation."

However, King thinks Harry, 36, and Meghan, 39, are still upset because the royals reportedly haven't spoken to Meghan. "I think it's frustrating for them to see that it's a racial conversation about the royal family when all they wanted all along was for the royals to intervene and tell the press to stop with the unfair, inaccurate, false stories that definitely have a racial slant," King claimed.

“It seems the Sussexes seem to want to keep fueling this story at a time when the royals are trying to protect Prince Philip from the headlines,” the friend added of them spewing to King about their family relations. "It’s a very strange way to go about trying to heal a family." rift."

As OK! reported, Harry and Meghan told Oprah that there was "concern" and "conversations" within the royal family about what Archie's skin color would look like when he was born. Harry also said he thinks his brother and father are "trapped" within the royal family.

In addition, the couple said they stepped down as senior royals due the constant pressure from U.K. tabloids and the "lack of support" from the royals.

In light of the couple's shocking statements, OK! exclusively learned that William "is still personally livid with Harry," but "he always takes the high road."

The source explained that "there is a lot of history and love between the two brothers, and William is refusing to judge Harry on what the family sees as the ultimate betrayal."
