Ramona Singer Pleads Her Case On Social Media As 'Real Housewives Of New York City' Future Remains Uncertain
Ramona Singer is not going down without a fight.
With the reality star's future on Real Housewives of New York City being up in the air, Singer has taken to social media to plead her case on why she is vital to the series.
The 64-year-old blonde beauty shared a post from a Housewives fan account where someone gave their “honest opinion” of the star. “There is no #RHONY without @ramonasinger. She is one of the best housewives we could ever ask for. She lives up to her OG status,” Singer’s post via Instagram on Tuesday August 31, began.
“She’s hilarious and over the top and that’s why I love her. I would be heartbroken if she ever left the show,” the glowing message continued. “She is ‘pop icon.’”
Despite rumors swirling that Singer's career as a Housewive could be in jeopardy, the bubbly TV personality appeared unbothered as she escaped the Big Apple for the great outdoors in Aspen, Colorado.

Earlier this month, Singer took to Instagram to flaunt her fabulous trip with daughter Avery, dining on some fabulous food and taking in the scenery.
The Bravo star also shared a video of herself sitting at a bar drinking "the best espresso martini" she's ever had. Singer went on to share the secret to bartender Will's recipe. After the mixologist — who she called "baby" — made several martinis, he poured a small amount for himself, as Singer insisted the two "have a toast together."
Although Singer has adamantly denied she is leaving the beloved series, OK! learned the network is considering putting RHONY on ice for a bit.
“There is still no confirmed date to shoot the reunion show after it being postponed twice. First, August 5th was canceled and now the September date has been canceled too,” a source explained. “But even more concerning, there is no date to start filming season 14 on the books and talk about putting the show on permanent hiatus.”
“The fear is that the show is just too controversial now. Which is why there is talk about shutting it down until things cool off,” the insider continued. “The last thing they want to do is have this show poison the entire franchise.”
