Rapper Webbie Stable After Being Rushed To The Hospital Following Terrifying Off Stage Collapse
Webbie gave his fans a scare at his most recent performance when the artist stumbled and collapsed.
The "How You Ridin'" rapper, 35, was in the middle of a show at the 213 Lux Lounge in Roanoke, Virginia when he suddenly left the stage, followed quickly by worried fans and members of his security team.
In a short video obtained by TMZ, he can be seen looking unwell and appeared to walk on very shaky legs towards a door, but collapsed before he could exit. The rapper was immediately surrounded by staff who attempted to prop him up, called for help, and contacted 911.
Though the cause is currently unknown, the collapse resulted in the rapper needing to be physically lifted and carried out of the club, before he was rushed to a hospital for medical care.

The incident seemed to happen out of nowhere, as fans reported that the "Give Me That" performer had seemed totally fine in the minutes leading up to the unexpected health scare.
TMZ was able to reach out to Webbie's reps and get a statement on his status. Thankfully, he is currently stable. He was able to see a doctor and was given the all clear to leave the hospital and go home, but they are still unsure what caused the shocking incident.
Though there have been rumors that it was a sudden seizure, Webbie's reps stated that the doctors do not believe that to be the case.
The up and coming rapper was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and has been reportedly making up rhymes and writing short forms of music since he was 5-years-old.
His most famous track titled "Independent" features fellow rappers Lil' Boosie and Lil' Phat, and climbed all the way up to number 9 on the Billboard Hot 100 in 2008.
