NEWS'RHOSLC' Star Lisa Barlow Calls Former Best Friend Meredith Marks A 'Liar' In Heated Exchange Following Hot Mic Moment
Lisa Barlow and Meredith Marks' friendship has hit quite the rough patch.
During the Sunday, February 6, episode of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, the Vida Tequila founder, 47, and the jewelry designer, 50, went head-to-head during the cast trip to Zion. The heated altercation came after Marks accused Barlow — her friend of over ten years — of spreading a rumor that she lied about the date of her father's memorial service.
“I did not f**king speculate on your father’s death and don’t you dare [say I did]!” the "Sundance Queen" yelled via Page Six. “You’re the f**king liar! You’re the f**king liar! Do not do this to me! Do not do this to me!”
Besides the accusation that Barlow was talking about Marks behind her back, the rest of the cast also speculated the boutique owner lied about the date of her father's funeral to cover up the fact that she tipped off the feds, which led to the arrest of Jen Shah — who has been accused of running a nationwide telemarketing scheme. Marks has vehemently denied the claims.
“Lisa, stop yelling at me,” Marks sternly told her. “You just yelled at me like this yesterday. I’m not going to f**king stop," Barlow screamed back as the former attorney then turned to costar Whitney Rose to ask, “Did [Lisa] speculate or not?”
“I did not speculate on your father’s death," Barlow made clear. “[I said] everybody grieves in different ways. There is nothing wrong with what I said and I’m not saying sorry.”

Barlow later told the camera in her confessional: “I’m a f**king liar? Who’s lying about the dates of their dad’s memorial? Not me. You told me one date and you told Heather [Gay] another date. That has nothing to do with me. I’m not a f**king liar.”
It was later revealed on the show that Marks' dad's service was held a day before Shah's arrest but that she flew straight to Vale instead of taking the sprinter van with the rest of the girls, which led to the ladies casting doubts about Marks.
“It feels like Lisa is just adding fuel to the fire between me and Jen,” Marks noted of Barlow allegedly spreading rumors about her. “Before you start spreading rumors that I faked a memorial because I turned Jen into the FBI, perhaps you should ask me. I don’t get where this is going. Are you my friend or not?”
As OK! previously reported, Barlow was caught during a previous episode on a hot mic saying Marks was a "f**king piece of s**t garbage w**re" and that she allegedly “f**ked half of New York!”
