The precious photo, which was captioned, "P A P A," comes just days after the Once Upon a Time in Hollywood actress shared another throwback of her dad, while he was cuddled around her and her sisters, Tallulah, 28, and Scout Willis, 30, when they were little.
The photo posted on Saturday, April 16 — which featured all of the girls and their dad sticking out their tongues for the camera — was captioned "Girl Dad."

Rumer appears to be reflecting on her best memories with her dad, especially in light of his recent aphasia diagnosis.
As OK! previously reported, the A-list actor's family announced last month that he is retiring from acting as a result of his condition, which impairs cognitive ability.
"To Bruce's amazing supporters, as a family we wanted to share that our beloved Bruce has been experiencing some health issues and has recently been diagnosed with aphasia, which is impacting his cognitive abilities," the statement on Wednesday, March 30, read.
"As a result of this and with much consideration Bruce is stepping away from the career that has meant so much to him," the caption via Instagram continued. "This is a really challenging time for our family and we are so appreciative of your continued love, compassion and support."

"We are moving through this as a strong family unit, and wanted to bring his fans in because we know how much he means to you, as you do to him. As Bruce always says, 'Live it up' and together we plan to do just that," the message concluded, with salutations from his wife, Emma Heming Willis, his ex-wife, Demi Moore, and his five daughters.
