Hot on the market! Find out how the stars of the hit reality series Selling Sunset – Chrishell Stause, Mary Fitzgerald, Heather Rae Young and Christine Quinn — stay in sizzling shape.
Chrishell Stause
The soap star turned realtor turned Dancing With the Stars contestant is one busy woman — so she makes sure her daily diet is fuss-free and well-balanced. Breakfast is egg whites with cheddar cheese and peppers or a protein bar; lunch is fish and veggies and dinner is a gluten-free frozen lasagna. (The 40-year-old snacks on fresh or dried fruits throughout the day.) As for exercise, she credits intense boot camp classes for her fab figure. “[My life is] a hectic whirlwind,” Stause has said, “but I’m the healthiest I’ve ever been!”
Mary Fitzgerald
Fitzgerald recently revealed she’d ramped up her workout routine ahead of filming season 4. “I’m really focused on [my health],” the 41-year-old said. When she’s not getting into “show shape,” she keeps fit by doing hot yoga and Pilates a few days a week. “I also am on the go and showing homes all day, so I get a significant amount of ‘stair time’ [in],” noted Mary, who offsets her sweet tooth (“I love candy!” she once admitted) with healthy fare. “I love all veggies,” the TV personality has said, “and eat them every day.”

Heather Rae Young
The former Pilates instructor (and newlywed!) is serious about fitness. A longtime vegan, Young eats a plant-based diet full of veggies and salads, and makes sure to get protein in her morning smoothie. She works out consistently, counting hot yoga as one of her favorite activities. “I don’t just go to look good or to stay fit. I also go for my mind,” the 34-year-old said. In addition, she’s a fan of pounding the pavement: “I run four miles twice a week.”
Christine Quinn
After welcoming her first child in May, the outspoken realtor has said she’s in no rush to get her pre-baby body back. “I’m definitely not putting pressure on myself,” said the star, 33, who remained active with yoga during her pregnancy and was spotted doing a super-impressive handstand on top of a paddleboard in August (above). “My body and my hormones will never be the same,” Quinn added, “but that’s something I really embraced and I’m kind of rolling with it.”
