'Southern Charm' Star Kathryn Dennis Teases Sweet Holiday Card With Her Kiddos Months After Grueling Custody Battle Loss

Tis the season! Kathryn Dennis gave her followers a glimpse at her upcoming family Christmas card with her two little ones.

On Sunday, November 14, the Southern Charm star posted the sweet snap to her Instagram account to show off a preview of the wholesome holiday photos.

The heartwarming image showed Dennis in an open-back red sweater and black leather pants holding onto the hands of her two children Kensie, 6, Saint, 6. Her kids were both clad in matching white outfits with a red reindeer design.

“Walking into the holiday season with intention,” the 30-year-old mama wrote alongside her post. “Christmas cards coming soon ✅ ☺️”.

She also added the hashtag, “#lovebeingtheirmom” underneath the adorable photo.

Dennis has been making the best of the visitations with her kids after she lost full custody to her ex Thomas Ravenel earlier this year.

Dennis and Ravenel have been battling it out in court since they split back in 2016. While the doting mom originally lost custody of her children following her substance abuse issues, she eventually gained back 50/50 custody after a stay in rehab.

As OK! previously reported, Dennis tried filing for sole custody back in 2018 after Ravenel was arrested for assault and battery, but the court didn’t budge on the previously established 50/50 agreement.

However, in February of this year, a judge ruled that Ravenel would be getting temporary sole custody of the kids with Dennis getting supervised weekend visits.

It is unclear what caused the unexpected change and the court documents have reportedly been sealed.

Back in September, the reality star got candid with her IG followers after she revealed that she was “missing” her “babies” amid the devastating custody loss.

“I try to keep from losing the rest of me,” she wrote in an emotional snap at the time.

She also previously expressed the difficulty of the custody battle over the summer, where she admitted that the process was “exhausting.”

But the TV personality still appears to be doing her best to keep the custody loss from affecting her relationship with her kiddos, as she continues to document special family moments with Kensie and Saint.

On Saturday, Dennis celebrated her son’s 6th birthday with a series of Instagram photos from the dinosaur-themed birthday bash.

“Saint-asaurus hits the big 6!,” she cheekily wrote in the caption, adding “Surrounded by love 🦖💚”.
