Tori Spelling has nothing but warm wishes for Jeff Lewis.
On Thursday, March 24, the Beverly Hills 90210 star, 48, took to her Instagram stories to wish the Flipping Out alum a happy 52nd birthday.
"Happy Birthday to my dear friend and Chump leader @jljefflewis. I love you..," Spelling wrote beside a sweet picture of herself and Lewis lovingly posing for the camera.
Back in December, the mother-of-five — who shares children Liam, 14, Stella, 13, Hattie, 10, Finn, 9, and Beau, 4 with husband Dean McDermott — appeared on the Bravo star's Sirius XM radio show where he asked Spelling, "Alright, so holiday shopping—what are we getting Dean? Anything?"
"Yes, of course, the kids are getting him something," the actress coly stated as rumors have swirled that her 15-year-marriage to the television host, 55, is nearing its end. The married couple did end up spending the holidays together despite their relationship woes to ensure that their children had the best experience possible.

As OK! exclusively reported, Spelling has been ramping up for her inevitable split from McDermott. “Friends are saying Tori finally found the courage to leave Dean,” an insider dished last year. “She’s saying she’s had enough and that it’s for real this time.”
“Tori’s never felt the same about Dean since he confessed to the affair,” the source said of the television host's tryst with 28-year-old Emily Goodhand while filming Chopped Canada in 2014. “She tried to make it work, but when he left to go on location again, it all came rushing back.”
Although McDermott gave his wife — who was photographed leaving an attorney's office last year — a shout out on International Women's day, things remain icy between the pair. However they are "attempting to work things out for the sake of their kids," an insider revealed despite the fact that the couple has been "going through a rough patch."
